Q: How long is the shipping and handling process?
A: With standard shipping, your nails will ship within 2-7 business days. If you choose expedited shipping, your nails will ship in 1-3 business days.
Q: How long do the nails last?
A: Nail tabs will give you 1-3 days of wear, and nail glue can typically last about 2 weeks, depending on how well you prep your natural nails and amount of activity when wearing the nails.
Q: How do I find out my nail size?
A: You'll want to measure the widest part of the nail with a tape measure or by placing a piece of tape over your nail, marking off where your nail ends, and measuring it against a ruler.
Use the sizing chart to determine which size best suits your nails. If you do not match the predetermined sizes, choose the "Custom" size and send a note with your desired measurements.

Q: Cancellations? What is your refund/return policy?
A: Cancellations are only allowed within the first 24 hrs after purchase. We do not accept exchanges or returns because of the handmade nature of the product.
